RFCL63D CNC vertical lathe includes double working position, double turret, one spindle and rotary changing pallet and it is a hydro-mechatronics machine. Its machine base is flat and in one-piece box-type. The machine base is suitably ridded, providing increased stiffness and vibration absorption of the machine. The machine is equipped with imported well-known parts such as linear rolling guideway, THK ball screw, NSK/FAG bearings and etc, ensuring the high accuracy of the machine. It is ideally used for the machining of the complicated revolving parts and available for turning the cylindrical surface, curved surface, conical surface and stepped surface. ?It can realize external round and internal round turning as well as the external and internal thread turning. In addition, it can be used for drilling, reaming, tapping and rolling.? If the machine is equipped with special jigs, it is ideally used for the machining of the wheel hubs.
