4. Headstock gears are made from chromium molybdenum steel(SCM 21).They are hardened using a special carbonization process and precision ground for quiet operation.
5. The Spindle is supported by three precision bearings to ensure accuracy and rigidity during heavy cutting and is oil cooled.
6. Automatic forced type lubrication for all slideways.
7. The saddle is coated with Turcite B for smooth operation and wear resistance.
8. X and Z axes are fitted with high precision Ball Screws for accuracy.
9. Repeatatabilitty ±0.005mm.
10. Positioning Accuracy ±0.01mm.
